ARLINGTON, Texas (June 2017) – Onward Investors, a national commercial real estate investment and development firm, has closed on the sale of Arbors at Brookhollow office building, located at 2201 E. Lamar Blvd. in Arlington, Texas. The 114,421-square foot property was sold to Arbor Hui, LLC.
Onward Investors, which acquires value-add properties in recovering markets throughout the U.S., resolves complex issues to stabilize the properties and derive value for investors.
Constructed in 1999, Arbors at Brookhollow is a two-story multi-tenant office building strategically situated at the northwest quadrant of I-30 and State Highway 360.
The property’s current occupants include such tenants as Farmers Insurance Group, Conduent Incorporated, Ascension Capital and Weir & Associates. Onward purchased the property in 2013. Mike Hardage and Matthew Otte of Transwestern’s Dallas office represented Onward in the sale of Arbors at Brookhollow.
Onward’s other Texas holdings include Plaza 5601, a 152,000-square-foot office building in Las Colinas; and Woodcreek Plaza, an 85,000-square-foot office building in Richardson.
