Onward Investors adds Angie’s List to 130 E. Washington office tower in Indianapolis’ historic district
INDIANAPOLIS, IND. (March 2018) – Onward Investors, a national commercial real estate investment and development firm, has signed a lease with Angie’s List, a leading online review platform and an operating business of ANGI Homeservices. Angie’s List becomes the largest tenant of the newly renovated 12-story, 203,305-square-foot 130 E. Washington office tower. The tenant will occupy four floors, 9-12, totaling 65,620 square feet.

Ratio Architects restored much of the building’s historic elegance and mid-century modern design, while at the same time provided creative office space that fosters collaboration and appeal to talent in technology, advertising, media and other creative market sectors.
Design improvements included changes to the existing facade; entrance lobby renovation; enhanced the building’s street presence on Washington; restored the windows on the west half of the building to their historic proportions; and established retail and restaurant space along Washington.
Featuring 16,786-square-foot floor plans, other highlights feature exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, open floor plans, additional natural light and other amenities that are increasingly popular with firms interested in less traditional environments.
The office tower is uniquely located in the southeast quadrant of Indianapolis’s central business district known as the Wholesale District. The Wholesale District is the city’s premier arts, entertainment and shopping destination. Attractions within the Wholesale District include Circle Center Mall, Lucas Oil Stadium, and Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
