Onward Investors Sells College Park Plaza in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (March 2018) – Onward Investors, a national commercial real estate investment and development firm, has sold College Park Plaza in Indianapolis for $16,350,000 to Little Rock, Ark. – based Tempus Realty Partners. The five-story, 180,637-square-foot, Class A office building is located at 8909 Purdue Road in northwest Indianapolis at the entrance of the cities of Carmel and Zionsville.

Onward Investors bought College Park Plaza in February 2015. Following the purchase, Onward performed improvements to the property that included site paving, lobby renovations with new furniture and artwork, a conference room center, kitchen, breakroom and Canteen micro market.

The property is currently 86 percent occupied to tenants that include Republic Airways Holdings, Inc.; Bindley Capital Partners, LLC; Reminger Co.; L.P.A.; and Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. College Park Plaza features an average floor size of 37,000 square feet and 775 parking spaces.

Onward Investors has been active in the Indianapolis market. In 2015, the firm acquired the 130 E. Washington tower, a 12-story, 203,305 square-foot office building in the historic district of downtown Indianapolis. Earlier this month, Onward signed a lease with Angie’s List to occupy four floors of the tower, totaling 65,620 square feet. In 2016, Onward acquired River Road office complex located at 9025 and 9045 River Road. The property consists of two office buildings totaling 228,220 square feet.
