In her role at Onward, Stephanie is responsible for leading due diligence and closings of commercial real estate and note acquisitions, including complex financial negotiations and joint venture and partnership agreements. She also oversees asset management of our properties, as well as the servicing and collection of under-performing and non-performing real estate loans. Stephanie has extensive senior leadership and commercial finance experience in guiding organizations through periods of change by managing the development and implementation of pragmatic solutions. Prior to joining Onward, Stephanie led the asset management and loan workout of commercial real estate and gaming loans with an aggregate principal balance of over $2.5 billion as Executive Vice President of Presidium Asset Solutions.
