Alex Cole
In his role as Real Estate Analyst, Alex’s primary responsibilities are underwriting new acquisition opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting in the due diligence process. He joined the Onward investment team in 2022, following an analyst position in the portfolio/asset management department at Northmarq, where Alex oversaw a portfolio of over 120 multifamily real estate loans. He graduated magna cum laude from Augsburg University with a B.A. in Management.
