Andie brings 15 years of investment and real estate expertise to Onward, including asset management, development and leasing experience. Prior to joining Onward in 2025, Andie was a Senior General Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she was responsible for maximizing value and implementing business plans for her clients and their assets. Andie began her career working for a private real estate firm in the Twin Cities where she managed operations across retail, industrial and senior apartment portfolios.
