David brings 14 years of investment and real estate expertise to Onward, including experience investing across the capital stack in both traditional and more esoteric real estate asset classes and commercial specialty finance. Prior to joining Onward in 2023, David was a Director at Castlelake, where he focused on private market opportunities in commercial and residential real estate as well as small balance commercial loans. David began his career at Lazard in the M&A and Strategic Advisory practice serving middle market clients in the industrials sector.
