Francis brings 13 years of investment and real estate expertise to Onward, including investment and asset management experience across asset classes. Prior to joining Onward in 2021, Francis served as an asset manager for Principal Financial Group, where he was responsible for a portfolio of properties in the San Francisco Bay Area and the southeastern United States.
