Littia works in the capacity of owner’s representative for Onward Project Development Services.  She is responsible for managing client real estate projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while coordinating the efforts of individuals and teams associated with project activities.  Littia interfaces between clients, project partners, vendors, contractors and suppliers for seamless conflict resolution, and overall development of client relationships.  She leverages project resources to help set overall scope expectations, source creative solutions, inform client decisions, and communicate the project status regularly with stakeholders.  In 3+ years as a project and relocation manager, Littia has managed and co-managed over 500,000 square feet of commercial, industrial and specialty projects nationwide and across a variety of industries.
