In his role as Director of Construction Management, Will is responsible for aligning a client’s goals and programmatic requirements to a practical budget and schedule for delivering exceptional outcomes. His expertise is built on two decades of experience successfully managing every aspect of team selection, design, construction, fit-out, and relocation. Prior to joining Onward, Will was a founding partner of 45 North Group, a commercial real estate firm focused on construction project management, renewable energy consulting and development in the industrial, office and retail sectors.
